Throughout the January-November of 2011 and 2012 the overall cargo handling in the Baltic Eastern Coast Seaports totalled 325 157,1 thou. tn; the year-on-year change is +6,1% or +18 838,1 thou. tn. Basic cargo categories that were crucial to this growth were as follows: crude oil (+11 820,1 thou. tn yoy), coal (+5 924,4 thou. tn yoy) and containerised cargoes (+2 064,5 thou. tn yoy), informs BC press service of Klaipeda port.
