Estonian Seamen's Independent Union is Winner!-)

Congratulations to Sergei Mastepan, ESIU Shopsteward on Тransiidikeskuse AS and to all members of the ESIU union with the decision of the District Court!

This decision to keep the decision of the Harju County Court of 30.10.2017 unchanged, because there is no basis for changing the decision.

All legal costs are borne by the losing party, i.е. Тransiidikeskuse AS (ТК).

Within 30 days, TK has the right to file a complaint with the State Court.

Recall that the courts are hearing the case about the illegal reduction of the docker’s job for the Shopsteward of the trade union Sergei Mastepan at the port operator Transiidikeskuse AS in the port of Muuga on June 29, 2016.

But the employer is so affraid from his person that despite of all Court decisions doesn`t allow hem on territory in harbour.
